WHISKEY SOUR
Bourbon and fresh lemon juice make a real whiskey sour the mixologist’s must-have.
INGREDIENTS
60 ml Wild Turkey® 101 Bourbon
20 ml fresh lemon juice
15 ml simple syrup
15 ml egg white (optional)
Garnish: bitters
HOW TO MAKE IT
Add Wild Turkey® 101 Bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to shaker and “dry shake” without ice to emulsify.
Then add ice and shake again. Strain into coupe glass and top off with dash of bitters.
